Hey girl, hey!

My name is Joy and I am so glad you're here. Nothing makes me happier than living joyfully. For me, I find joy in my kitchen, home decor, and personal style. I'd be delighted to help you find yours.

I've been with my ride-or-die, Marcel, for over 24 years and married for 17. Over those years, I've discovered freedom in living joyfully by creating the life I love. I believe that from beautiful spaces, sharing delicious meals with your crew, and putting on confidence first, you will uncover your joy.

Let's work together!

Click below to discover the “why” and “how” behind my design process.

  • My professional career has included over 19 years of serving others as a fundraising professional with various national nonprofits. While the work of a fundraising professional doesn’t immediately scream lifestyle consultant, my work required connecting with people, understanding their needs, and finding creative solutions to raise millions of dollars. I had built a very successful fundraising career, but I was struggling to find joy in my work. I turned my focus inward, starting to seek joy in my everyday tasks, preparing a meal for my family, wearing a chic cashmere sweater with a pleated skirt and booties, or a perfectly fluffed toss pillow. My passion for creating joy grew and my family and friends started to notice. From there, I started encouraging others to live joyfully.

  • I help you uncover their joy in their home décor, personal style, and kitchens by creating beautiful living spaces, delectable meals, and what I call confidence-first styling to bring joy to your life by meeting your aesthetic, functional, and economic goals.

  • My approach to helping you create and live with joy begins with listening to you. I listen for what’s most important to you, how you want to feel in your space, around the dinner table, or in your clothing. Some clients have a more concrete idea of what they want, and I help them achieve it. Others don’t know where to begin, so I guide them through the process and help them develop their own plan as we go.
